NFC, finger print scanning and bigger screen for iPhone 5S

This week a flurry of new rumours relating to Apple's upcoming iPhone 5S have arrived, or rather some previously mooted speculation has been reinforced by more insider mutterings.
Bloomberg reports on a hit from Chinese sources, that the iPhone 5S will actually have a larger screen than any of its predecessors, including the already bulked-out iPhone 5.
The diagonal measurement will allegedly be bumped up to 4.3 inches from the current four inch maximum, making it at least a little more competitive with its Android toting rivals, many of which are now offering five inch screens.
There is no word as to whether this size increase will also come with the higher pixel density that was promised in previous leaks, but it would certainly make sense, if these two attributes were combined.
The next leaks to arrive, courtesy of Engadget and 9to5Mac, imply that the iPhone 5S will have an NFC chip onboard for contactless payments and other wireless interactions, along with a fingerprint scanner to boost lock screen security.
iOS 7 features a redesigned lock screen with an upwards swiping motion required to bring the phone to life, which might fit well with the promise of a chip that can read a user's fingerprint, to work out whether they should be granted access.
Meanwhile ,many people had hoped that NFC would be a part of the iPhone 5's setup, but now that it is arriving a year later on the 5S, it is virtually an industry standard and would be sorely missed if absent yet again.
Apple is thought to be putting the iPhone 5S into production at some point in July, although delays have been claimed by sources who believe that a new, bigger screen will be added.
