Mazuma tops mobile recycling consumer charts

Mazuma Mobile has been selected as the best mobile phone recycling company in the UK via independent customer experience tests.
A total of nine different mobile phone recycling companies were studied by Service Science, which used undercover agents to try out the various unknowing participants and see which would give them the best experience.
Three categories were conquered by Mazuma, including speed and quality of service along with broader performance.
Mazuma currently promises to give its users cash for their old phone within three days. Two thirds of its rivals can only make payments for used mobiles in between nine to fifteen days, which is a significant difference.
Mazuma Mobile's Charlo Carabott, said that the customer service experience had always been at the top of the company's agenda and this ethos was paying dividends in this very competitive market.
Over 1.5 million people across the country have already taken advantage of Mazuma's mobile recycling service and earlier in the year the firm passed the £100 million mark in the repayments it has made for old phones.
It might seem obvious that mobile users would want to get the best possible price for their handset and thus choose the company they use regardless of its other qualities. However, the Service Science research has shown that perhaps overall quality and payment speed, rather than quantity, are of greater importance to UK consumers.
The good news for consumers is that there is plenty of competition which means the major mobile recycling companies will have to step up their games if they want to rival Mazuma.
This should, hopefully, result in better prices for those selling, as well as a faster turnaround for payments and an increased emphasis on serving the customer as well as firms possibly can.
