After getting a good quote for my mobile sent it in on 20th May. Site states 14 day turn around so when I'd not heard anything emailed them on 6th June,. They replied straight away & told me Royal Mail take 15 days to deliver stuff to them (by carrier pigeon?). Emailed them 2 weeks ago but got no reply. Called twice last Weds & Thurs but always got recorded message prompting me to leave message which states you'll get a reply in 24 hours, but still nothing. DO NOT USE THESE JOKERS!!
