Reviews
Have sold a few phones in the past and this is the worst company I've dealt with. Poor communication, initial offer was reduced and then I had to chase them up for payment.

When I wanted to trade in my old phone phones 2 pounds offered the best price. It seemed simple, they quoted me a price better than any other company and sent out the free post bag straight away. When they received my phone they dropped my offer by £22 and charged a £10 handling fee, leaving me with nowhere near the trade in value it was work. My A1 condition iPhone 4 was only worth £50.10, rather than the £72.10 originally offered, the reason they gave was because the phone was locked to the orange network, however this was declared when I traded in. I then had to wait three weeks for the payment to enter my account after several calls and emails later it finally went into my account. The 'same day money transfer' they advertise is not accurate and I would advise anyone who wants to trade in their old handset to go elsewhere and not to choose this company.
