Awful company - was offered £60 debenhams vouchers for Nokia n97 then when they got it they said it it was broken (no details) and offered me £10! They took weeks to get back to me and finally came back offering me £25 cash. Still i refused and said i wanted my phone back, they then replied saying they no longer had it and offered me £35 cash, finally after emailing back and forward, i feared i would not get anything from them and accepted their last offer of £45 cash. However it was added to the Debenhams card and i was told they wouldn't change it to cash. They are a complete rip off! DO NOT USE!

Dont trust them. I sent my mobile, they claim they did not receive it.
