Fone Hub

What shocking service from Fonehub. Having switched from Envirophone to try Fonehub, I have been extremely disappointed with the company and have ended up asking for my phone back. I was quoted a price of £105 which was then reduced to £25 citing some cracks on the screen and missing IMEI number. When I queried this the quote was uplifted to £50! I do not believe my screen had cracked as I have looked after the phone 2 years and the IMEI number can obviously be obtained from the phone itself. An Extremely shoddy and dodgy company so please watch out.

I sent off my phone and several weeks later have still not received confirmation of them receiving item. Really wish I had read the reviews on this site before as would defiantly have NOT used this company!! Very annoyed, like others will be writing to watch dog. They claim its not their fault most of the phones sent in appear 'lost in the post'. Am pretty sure it isn't Royal Mails fault and more like them having people over. From the comments on here seems lots of customers phones appear to have conveniently 'lost' in the post! If that is the case it's surprising phone hun actually makes any money.... Sorry phonehub you're not having me over with your crappy excuses! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Never replied to my e-mail. Phone never arrived in their freepost envelope. Too many phones posted to them go missing.

Phone hub is the worst company ever was qouted £65 a day later they said £15 I queried it and they said £30 rip off company terrible customer service abusive on phone to customers said ny phones now broke don't use they are scammers stick with mazuma mobile I did for 6 years and made the mistake of changing I rate phone hub 0/10 shocking service
